Structural Features

YLW series biomass fuel organic heat carrier boiler is an assembled forced circulation chain grate (reciprocating grate) boiler. The boiler is composed of upper body and lower grate, which are combined on site. The boiler has compact structure, small floor area, high assembly degree, short installation period and low installation cost.

The radiant heating surface of the boiler body adopts single furnace or closely-arranged double-side coil, and the rear forced coil convection heat exchange tube.

Special ash prevention structure is adopted according to fuel characteristics to reduce ash deposition and facilitate ash removal. The convection heat exchange section of the boiler adopts high and low staggered arrangement, large spacing and arrangement of soot blowing device to reduce boiler ash deposition and improve boiler efficiency.

Compared with traditional coal-fired boiler, it has larger furnace combustion space to adapt to the characteristics of high volatile matter of biomass fuel.

The grate combustion chamber is heightened and secondary air is arranged: the grate is supplied with air in different compartments, the air volume is adjusted independently and the grate is stepless in speed regulation.

High-temperature resistant material grate and reasonable air distribution cooling form are adopted for the grate. The grate is reliable in use and long in service life.

The feeding device has independent intellectual property rights and adopts a locking mechanism.

Special wear-resistant structure shall be adopted for radiant heat exchange surface and convection heat exchange surface of furnace.

High-quality thermal insulation materials and special construction process are adopted for the boiler, with good thermal insulation effect.

Full-automatic gas shielded welding process and equipment shall be used for butt welding of boiler heating surface tubes, and 100% real-time X-ray online detection shall be available. Stable and reliable welding quality.

Performance advantages

  • 1. Efficient and energy-saving

  • The radiation heat exchange section of the furnace adopts the structure of double close-fired coil, and the convection heat exchange section adopts S-type multi-pass heat exchange.

  • Air preheater, steam waste heat boiler and hot water economizer are configured at the tail according to the heat application condition of the user for waste heat recovery to reduce the exhaust gas temperature, improve the boiler efficiency, reduce fuel consumption and save energy.

  • High-quality thermal insulation materials and special construction process are adopted for the boiler, with less heat loss, low exhaust gas temperature and high boiler thermal efficiency.

  • The grate combustion chamber is heightened and the secondary combustion air is arranged. The fuel combustion is uniform and sufficient with high combustion efficiency.

  • The tail convection heat exchange section is of special structure and equipped with a blowing device, which can operate without soot deposition and has high heat exchange efficiency.

  • 2. Safe and reliable

  • The radiant heating surface of the furnace adopts closely-arranged coils, and the heating surface is adequately arranged to effectively reduce the heat load on the surface of the tube, so that the use of heat transfer oil medium is safer.

  • The medium flow is reasonable, the heat transfer oil is from low (inlet) to high (outlet), and the medium gas generated during operation is difficult to stay in the furnace, so it is convenient to discharge the system.

  • The feeding device adopts a locking mechanism and is equipped with secondary air for feeding to effectively prevent the hopper from being burned by the flame.

  • Boiler operation adopts remote and local monitoring, automatic control and monitoring instruments are complete, safe, reliable and easy to operate.   • 3. For environmental protection, suitable flue gas treatment equipment shall be provided according to local environmental protection requirements, and flue gas emission shall meet environmental protection requirements.
